In this workshop we’ll learn about how the breath and the bandhas or “body locks” can be connected to create a floating feeling to the movements of your practice. We’ll gain an understanding of the three major bandhas, and how they work with ujjayi breath to help you move lightly in and out of poses in sequences such as sun salutation A and Sun Salutation B, as well as, various arm balances and inversions.
