EARLY RISE HOT POWER * – Set your intention, get rid of the fuzz, Salute the sun and start your day with a powerful yoga class. This class will be a beginner to intermediate class. Em-POWER* – Is a vigorous and powerful practice based on the methodologies of Baptiste Yoga.  This class focuses on building heat through the body and evoking a little or a lot of sweat!  You are encouraged to work at your edge where shift and change begin to evolve.  Be prepared to leave this class feeling invigorated and inspired to live your truth.  Join us on a journey into your power where anything is possible! Some previous yoga experience is recommended. Class is 60 minutes.

ENERGIZING YOGA FLOW – Start Your Morning with an invigorating Yoga Flow , Find Balance and Strength to keep with you throughout your day ! This is a great class for all level yogis!! If you have never taken a yoga class join us there are modifications for everyone!

FLOW YOGA - Is a vinyasa styled class that links movements or postures together seamlessly using the breath. This classes offers a variety of poses and no two classes are the same.

GENTLE KUNDALINI – An introductory/beginner friendly class, intended for those interested in practicing Kundalini yoga at a slow and gentle pace. Students will practice warm-ups, breathing techniques (pranayama), an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation. ... These weekly classes utilize Kundalini Yoga, meditation and breathing techniques to create important shifts in your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states of being. Beginners and experienced students are welcome. Experience the flow and easy pace of Kundalini Yoga!

GENTLE YOGA - This class is dedicated to helping you let go of everyday stress and reveal the calm waters that lay beneath our busy minds. Although gentle, this is still an active practice sure to leave you feeling amazing.

HATHA FLOW – All-levels welcome. This class encompasses meditation, pranayama, chanting and asana. Build strength, increase flexibility and find peace of mind through movement and breath. Sarah encourages all students to move in whichever way feels best to them. Want to come to class and lay in Savasana the whole time? Go for it!

KIDS YOGA – Boys and girls will learn how to strengthen their social and emotional skills and be able to practice and utilize these skills, to take with them anytime- anywhere! As a class, we create meaningful experiences that are cherished, loved and helpful. We will focus on breathing techniques and balance being calm and relaxed while also creating high energy to have fun, all while learning to become more aware inside and outside the body. Each class, we will learn and build upon a variety of basic poses which will strengthen our physical bodies as well. Each class brings adventure through relaxation, peace, fun and overall, YOGA! Tuesday’s 2:45-3:45 ages 5-7 AND 4:00-5:00 ages 8-12.

LILA YOGA SUN SALUTATIONS - Practicing Lila Yoga Sunsalutations is a holistic experience. Working with traditional sequencing Lila Sun Salutations have been refined to holistically align our body, breathable, and intentions. This version incorporates the 5 elements to invigorate, stimulate, cleanse, awaken, refine and balance the physical body into an alert state of being, while quieting the mind into the sublime euphoria of trust, strength, and ease. The Earth helps to ground us, water to help us flow, fire to purify, air to float and fly, and ether/space to release.

NO LIMITS* – In this class there is a heavy emphasis on standing postures because moving your legs creates more cardio. This class can be anything and everything you want it to be. It’s directed at creating a high level of energy, passion and freedom. It enhances stamina, flexibility, posture and mental focus. It also relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. It burns calories! There are NO LIMITS!

PILATES FLOW - focuses on concentrated core strength, improved posture, lean sculpting and increased flexibility.

RESTORATIVE LOW AERIAL – This is a great beginners-style class for those wanting to do aerial yoga! This class style is low to the ground and gives a feel for how the aerial hammock works.

Restorative Yin* –  Is a slower paced class focusing on passive stretching and breath.  We invite you to create space for stillness while nourishing your body's connective tissue.  All poses are performed close to the ground and held for 3-5 minutes.  Props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets and weighted sandbags are often used to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenate the nervous system.  Let me and gravity do all the work, all you have to do is breathe! Class is recommended for EVERYONE! Class is 60 minutes.

SUP YOGA – Sand up paddle yoga, is an outdoor class that incorporates basic yoga techniques that challenge your balance improving strength, flyability and focus. It’s a great way to experience nature, get some fresh and get out on the water. 

THE BODY CODE METHOD - A yin-based class with sandbags and props is geared towards ultimate healing and transformation. The Body Code Method incorporates yoga style poses with guided breath work, offering the student opportunity to free themselves from limitations in the body, mind and spirit. This class offers tribal methods of healing, whereas sound, toning, shaking and “static active” poses to ignite connection to your bones will be had, activating the fascia (connective tissue) of the body, which is where restrictions and pain reside.

WARM YIN * - Enjoy a heated slow yin style class, using breath work and long pauses to help release everyday tension and tightness and to open the body and create space for change.

YIN YOGA – A style of yoga that works to deeply stretch the fascial tissues or connective tissues of the body by holding poses and using the breath to help you sink deeper. Although this style tends to be slower moving it is a very active practice that encourages you to check in, not out.
