more! If you are struggling with Arm Balances, the secret lies in
learning what goes where. You also will be guided through transitions
in more advanced arm balances and movement between asanas. Unravel the
mystery and join us for an awesome 2 hour workshop.
This workshop will offer more in depth tools to learn how to
experience this wonderful part of the yoga practice with more ease and
confidence. The final portion of the workshop will include restorative
work, pranayama, and meditation to integrate the days’ practice.
