Welcome to the start of monthly Acro at Gypsea Air!

Acro Play will be a fun class for all levels. No partner required. We will warm up with some fun moves. As the class progresses, we will move from Acro Yoga Postures, to some cool exits and entrances. This workshop is appropriate for all levels, including those who are completely new to Acro Yoga. We will start basic and offer advanced variations for the more experienced students. Class will be from 2:30pm to 3:45pm with a 30-minute play time after class to practice! All who come will have plenty of fun in this practice.
