In this beginner to intermediate friendly aerial silks workshop, we’ll be going through a warmup, some conditioning, and bendy fun! We’ll be climbing, wrapping and locking, making visually stunning shapes. Learn how to express yourself in the air while tapping into both flexibility and strength. No prior experience is needed, come with an open mind, ready to trust yourself and your body. Leggings and shirts that cover armpits are generally recommended.

Moss is a professional aerialist with over five years of performing and teaching experience. She runs the aerial silks program at The Mvmt Collective, as well as the Center for performing arts in Connecticut. Her classes will help you build confidence both mentally and physically. She teaches students how to thrive using creativity and technique, to find their own authentic movements, while still having fun.
