Are you looking to finally get your handstand? Do you have your headstand, but you’re looking to find a way to smoothly float on and off of the ground? Does forearm stand seem impossible at the moment? In this all-levels workshop we’ll practice strength drills that will give you the tools to not only lift up, but to confidently hold your inversions. In the second half of class we will have some time to apply these drills to our practice while being guided and adjusted by the teacher. Come ready to challenge yourself and have fun!
