How to Align, Strengthen, Deepen

Ever been told to align your spine and sink deeper into a
pose...Thinking I’m trying but it’s just not happening.

Everyone has experienced this as the body needs strength,
stability, mobility and alignment to achieve it. With a few
quick tweaks using external assistance the body will do
automatically giving the results you have been searching
for. It can help to prevent injury, and heal the hurt that may
have been plaguing you.

In this 2 hour workshop led by Faith Bevan, MS, PA-C, ERYT-500, C-IAYT, YACEP200/500hr.

We will begin discussing some anatomy and mechanics, tools to give resistance and the best application for our yoga practice.

We will use yoga blocks and resistance loops to create the best movement patterns, alignment, lengthening and strengthening.

She's Been in the fitness world since the 1970’s, has a
BS in Sports Medicine, MS in Medical Science, graduate of Professional Yoga Therapy for Healthcare Professionals, has been incorporating all aspects of her education and experience to bring movement, breath and better living through a many modalities adapting to the individual and their goals.
