This will be a fun event filled with Yoga, Demos, Community & Vendors!!!

 The day will include a 90 minute Funky Flow led by Missy White  & Tymi Howard with a live DJ followed by raffles, goodie bags, mimosa bar, eats & treats.There will also be many local vendors here to support this community event!

Gypsea Air & Movement with Nitra will be hosting Acro Yoga, Aerial Demos & Sound Baths

Ice Baths available but you must let us know when you sign up if you are interested.

Invite your friends and family, they are welcome to join us to mingle before & enjoy the after party even if they are not taking the class! We are so excited to share this day with you and our yoga communities from the entire Bay Area!!
