Whether you are a professional aerial performer or you're just getting into performing, this is the workshop for you! I'll teach you how to develop your own adaptable aerial routines, while incorporating ground work and aerial choreography. We'll go over music, count vs. lyric, floor work, aerial work and much more! I'll also teach you a basic routine that you can use for your next performance! 

You'll be learning the same sequential based choreography methodology that is used by many Cirque du Soleil Aerial and Acro performers. I've had the privilege to learn from top performers in the industry and then honed this teaching methodology during my training as a NASM accredited Cirquefit Aerial Instructor. Now it is my great pleasure to be able to share this with all of you!

All levels are welcome; however, if you do not have your basic inversions you may not be able to get the full benefit of the workshop. We'll be using aerial hammock (sling) for this workshop; however, what you'll learn can be incorporated into any aerial apparatus. If you would like to use a different apparatus, please send me a DM and I can see what I can do to accommodate!
