about …

Jess Miller

Jess Miller was introduced to her yoga practice while living in RV land and traveling across the U.S. for a few years. Practicing Vinyasa flows in beautiful locations out in nature was empowering and helped deepen a relationship she never knew existed within herself. Through physical practice and conscious breathwork the obsession began.

Over the years her appreciation for all movement led her to studying Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga, as well as Thai Massage, Hand and Arm  Balancing, Weightlifting, Personal Training, Partner Acrobatics, Meditation practices, Aerial Arts and more. Jess has owned several studios, hosted local and international retreats and continues to share her love and knowledge of movement and breathwork to the community through classes, festivals, workshops and events. She has taught many ages, shapes and modalities making the practice attainable and available to every human!

Jess attended her first yoga class at Flow Yoga in New Port Richey with Faith Bevan after arriving in Florida in 2015. The experience  inspired Jess and she was determined to learn more and dedicate her life to sharing this healing practice with others. Shortly after she attended her first training at Jiva Patha School of consciousness under Kasia Kowalski and Faith Bevan along with a few other knowledgeable experienced yogis. Jess had always been in love with the beauty of Aerial Arts and Circus Arts training. After practicing for a few years and connecting with Kapok Pilates and Wellness in Clearwater she took her first aerial certification under Emily Wenzel. Aerial Hammock became one of Jess’s favorite props to every class and was able to create a program teaching all ages shapes and sizes to use aerial hammock for all of the incredible benefits.

Jess had been teaching at several gyms, studios, venues and hosted outdoor classes for years and finally needed a space to call her home. Jess opened her first studio GypSeaAir in Tarpon Springs 2018, after growing a community and an amazing following she needed to bring more to her students and teachers. In searching for more education Jess had taken workshops learning hands on adjustments, thai massage, breathwork, meditation and more. Jess was ready for more and just in time she was introduced to Missy White at studio 108 in Tampa and signed up for her 300hr Teacher Training. Missy brought the practice to another level inviting Jess to deepen her practice and begin to bring continued education to her community. Jess continues to share her knowledge and love of movement with us as she hosts teacher training, workshops and more sharing all that she has learned.
